the location was great and excellent, not far from most sites in rome, very good restaurants around and the metro station and bus stations, in a nice quiet area.

All the staff is very pleasant and is engaged to make your stay such wonderful. They offer tidy, new-fashioned rooms with facility for making coffee, coffee, really nice slippers.

Lots of food at the hot breakfast.

The breakfast with eggs and bacon and lovely sweet breads, for example was warm, had so much to choose from.

people at the front desk were super nice and helpful.

It was a little too far from Metro station.

My room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm and the pillows were excellent too. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good especially the coffee.

I liked the close proximity to the main tourist attractions such as the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese. Also the style and size of the room was excellent - very clean and classy. The hotel staff were so helpful particularly on how to get about and booking trips for you without a fuss - very professional and polite. All and all a first class hotel which I would highly recommend and not least for their suberb continental breakfast.

It was difficult to track someone down at times to get a drink at the bar

Beautiful hotel, with a great location! Within walking distance of the main attractions and Termini Railway Station. Ideal for those who travel independently in Italy! Perfect cleanliness in the room, very tasty and varied breakfasts, especially espresso coffee! The hotel itself is located in a very decent, business district!

We didn't like the settlement process... At the appointed time, our number was never ready (Superrior). There was an attempt to put us in the room below... After we objected, we were given a Delux category number with the same price! However, we had the most wonderful experience about the hotel!

As frequent travellers we know what to expect and this hotel provided excellent service with good for facilities. The location was great for walking to any of the main attractions. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spotless and well equipped for Rome. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

It was so nice to be as described, great hotel, good location and friendly staff. The room was at the front of the hotel so you could here the traffic but was not a problem, very comfortable room and clean, beds changed every day and bathroom cleaned. Very easy to walk to most locations and good breakfast in the morning in the the hotel breakfast room and good restaurants near hotel for evenings.
